Director of Quality Assurance

LeapXpert is seeking a visionary Director of Quality Assurance to lead, develop, and inspire our global quality team. You will own the overall quality, reliability, and stability of our product and platform - driving QA activities across the organization and ensuring exceptional standards for our software products and services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering and testing, including at least 3+ years in senior QA leadership roles
• Proven experience owning quality across the full SDLC in a B2B SaaS or product environment
• Deep understanding of modern and emerging test methodologies and quality engineering practices across layers
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and automation-driven quality practices
• Demonstrated track record of improving release confidence, reducing production escapes, and building scalable, durable quality processes
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer-facing teams without direct authority
