The Modern Work Architect is responsible for the daily operational management and governance of Microsoft 365 services within the organization's administrative portals.
Requirements
- Administer and monitor core Microsoft 365 workloads
- Manage Microsoft Power Platform services
- Design, implement, and audit Conditional Access Policies
- Configure and maintain tenant-connected applications using Microsoft Entra
- Manage compliance-related services within Microsoft Purview
- Manage license assignments and availability
- Troubleshoot user and system issues across the Microsoft 365 tenant
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, policies, and operational procedures
- Provide end-user guidance and administrative support
