Senior Testmanager (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to plan, steer, and ensure the quality of our software tests. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with development, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deliver stable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software testing, ideally as a test manager
• In-depth knowledge of test methods, test processes, and test management standards (e.g. ISTQB(R))
• Experience in handling test management and bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray)
• Good understanding of software development processes and experience in strategically using test automation
• Communicatively strong, with assertiveness and the ability to work in cross-functional collaboration
• ISTQB(R) Foundation Level certification (Advanced Level is a plus)
