Accounting / Bookkeeping Support Specialist (SaaS | QuickBooks | Remote LATAM)

We’re hiring an Accounting / Bookkeeping Support Specialist to join a growing international SaaS / Fintech company that provides cash flow forecasting and financial planning software to businesses globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong Bookkeeping or Accounting background, experience with QuickBooks Online, and excellent written English skills.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or Finance Specialist
• Strong understanding of: Cash Flow, P&L, Forecasting, Financial projections
• Hands-on experience with: QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage Intacct
• Experience in customer support, client service, or customer-facing roles
• Advanced written English (professional communication via chat)
• Comfortable working with SaaS tools or accounting software
• Analytical mindset and strong troubleshooting skills
• High autonomy and ownership mentality
