Analyst Relations Program Coordinator - Contract

We're looking for an analyst relation (AR) Program Coordinator to join as a contractor supporting our analyst relations function. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our AR program, coordinating analyst engagements, managing internal stakeholders, tracking projects, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, executive support, or marketing operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written communication skills—you'll represent AR to analysts and executives
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Self-directed and proactive; you see what needs doing and do it without being asked
• Proficient in: Google Workspace, Slack, Excel/Sheets, calendar management
• Comfortable working across timezones (US and EMEA)
