The Advanced Analytics team at BeOne is seeking an Associate Director, Predictive Analytics to lead the strategic development, implementation, and adoption of predictive analytics programs across the organization.
This role will focus on driving business impact through Next Best Action (NBA) and other predictive commercial use cases, such as customer engagement optimization, field resource prioritization, and predictive segmentation. The incumbent will serve as the business program owner, ensuring that predictive initiatives are effectively coordinated across functions, aligned to commercial objectives, and operationalized within BeOne’s business processes and systems.
As a strategic partner, you will collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Field Operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure predictive insights are actionable, measurable, and deliver sustained business value. This role emphasizes program execution, stakeholder alignment, and adoption enablement, rather than model development or technical data science.
Essential Functions of the Job:

- Serve as the primary business lead for predictive analytics programs, managing coordination among cross-functional partners in Commercial, Field Operations, Marketing, IT, and Analytics.
- Define clear business goals, KPIs, and success metrics for predictive initiatives to ensure measurable impact on field and marketing performance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, overseeing SOWs, deliverables, and timelines to ensure predictive solutions meet business requirements.
- Partner with internal analytics and data teams to translate business needs into predictive use cases and ensure seamless data and system integration.
- Lead change management and adoption efforts, ensuring field and marketing teams effectively leverage predictive insights in daily decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate program performance, generate actionable insights, and communicate progress and results to senior leadership.
- Identify and prioritize new predictive opportunities that align with BeOne’s strategic and commercial goals.
- Ensure all predictive programs comply with governance, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Education Required:
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or PhD) in Business Analytics, Marketing Science, Economics, or related quantitative or business discipline.
Required Qualifications:
- MS/MBAPhD with 8 + years of commercial pharmaceutical industry experience, including leadership of predictive analytics initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Technical and Business Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience with Next Best Action or other predictive analytics programs that operationalize insights within CRM or field enablement platforms.
- Strong understanding of commercial operations and field force dynamics in a pharmaceutical context.
- Experience managing vendors and technology partners responsible for predictive tools or CRM-based execution.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and analytics visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven success translating complex analytical outputs into clear, strategic business recommendations.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Commercial, IT, and Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; skilled at conveying analytical outcomes to executive and field audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
