Job Description:

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the identity of workLATAM. workLATAM is a brand owned by Get Staffed Up. While the two brands are cooperative, workLATAM needs a Brand Manager to fully drive the workLATAM brand to grow on its own.

The Brand Manager role ensures that all external and internal communications consistently reflect the company’s mission: Connecting Latin America with US Based Professionals. The Brand Manager plays a critical role in shaping perception, building trust, and driving business growth through thoughtful positioning, creative campaigns, and strategic storytelling.

Monthly Compensation: 1800 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams to align brand storytelling with client outcomes.

  • Develop and maintainbrandguidelinestoensureconsistencyacrossallplatforms.

  • Track and report on brand health metrics, including awareness, perception, sentiment, and lead generation tied to brand initiatives.

  • Define and refine WorkLATAM’sbrandstrategy, positioning, and messaging

  • Conduct market and competitor research to continuously refine brand messaging.

  • Lead all marketing efforts to position and promote WorkLATAM to the U.S. market, ensuring the brand resonates with U.S.-based professionals, business owners, and hiring decision-makers.

  • Manage inbound questions from prospective WorkLATAM clients and candidates submitted through the ticketing system, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses.

  • Manage and monitor digital presencetoensureconsistenttone, look, and feel.

  • Support campaign planning and execution to raise awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • One year experience leading a team or managing marketing projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong analytical and data savvy mindset

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing,communicationsor any related field

  • Workday

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Location: Remote

Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time [EST]

Work Shift:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
