We are looking for a highly detailed and proactive Compliance & Monitoring Specialist to be a guardian of our platform. You will play a critical role in a team that protects our customers and our network from fraudulent activity, ensuring that business messaging remains a trusted and powerful tool for everyone.

As our new Compliance & Monitoring Specialist, you will:

• Monitor live message content in real-time to detect and block fraudulent activity, including spam and phishing attempts.
• Take decisive action to investigate and suspend accounts that violate our policies.
• Become a subject matter expert on global messaging regulations, keeping our internal teams informed of the latest compliance updates.
• Verify new customer accounts and business information to maintain a secure and trustworthy platform.
• Collaborate with our Customer Support and Account Management teams to educate customers on responsible texting practices and content guidelines.
• Identify patterns and opportunities to improve our security systems, processes, and the overall customer experience.

What experience/qualities you need to bring with you

• You have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably providing live chat support for a SaaS platform.
• Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you have a knack for spotting inconsistencies that others might miss.
• You are a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of assessing risks and making thoughtful decisions.
• An excellent communicator in English (both written and verbal).
• A self-starter who works well autonomously and knows how to manage and prioritize your workload in a fast-paced environment.
• You learn new software quickly and are familiar with CRM, live chat, and customer ticketing platforms.
• You have a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to continuously learn and adapt.
