Consulting Services Account Specialist 3

The Consulting Services Account Specialist 3 exercises sound judgment and works independently with minimal instruction to lead services sales efforts in their assigned accounts. The role develops solutions aligned to customer outcomes, coordinates with delivery and sales teams, and resolves moderately complex service sales issues within their scope of responsibility.

• Own the full services sales lifecycle, from identification to proposal to close
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (executive and technical) within assigned accounts
• Lead development and presentation of proposals aligned to customer business outcomes across training, consulting and TAM
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to scope and align solutions with capability
• Maintain and forecast pipeline accurately in RHSC, Anaplan, or designated tools
• Identify follow-on business opportunities post-delivery to grow account value

The salary range for this position is $189,300.00 - $302,810.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
