Our content empowers users to research, compare, and confidently use online platforms to build their online presence. We partner with leading companies in the WordPress, hosting, and SaaS space, earning commissions through referrals—allowing us to keep our content free and accessible.
I’m Darrel Wilson, founder of DarrelWilson.com. We’re expanding our content team and looking for UGC-style creators who want to become a long-term face of the brand and help us grow into new topics.
This is not a one-off gig. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand, take on more responsibility over time, and potentially play a key role in the future of the channel.
Your Main Responsibilities
Researching assigned topics (WordPress, website builders, hosting, AI tools, online business, etc.)
Writing simple video scripts or outlines
Recording videos (camera + screen recording — your face will appear in parts of the video)
Performing basic video edits (no advanced editing experience required)
Responding to comments on videos you publish
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a dedicated content creator who can explain technical or complex topics in a clear, beginner-friendly way.
You should:
Speak clearly and confidently
Learn new software and platforms quickly
Be comfortable working independently
Manage your own time and deadlines effectively
Previous experience creating videos is not required, but it’s a plus.
Video editing experience is not required, but helpful.
Knowledge of WordPress, websites, SEO, eCommerce, or online marketing is a bonus, not a requirement.
What matters most is your ability to research topics, explain them clearly, and stay consistent.
Skills & Equipment Required
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Fast internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload)
Reliable computer (Mac preferred)
High-resolution monitor (4K preferred — upfront financing available if needed)
High-quality microphone (upfront financing available if needed)
Quiet, dedicated workspace for recording
Legal work authorization in your country (applicants worldwide welcome)
Strong ability to work independently
Working With DarrelWilson.com
Our focus is creating useful, easy-to-follow videos that help viewers get results fast.
You’ll work independently on your own videos and have flexibility in how you structure your workday. We are a fully remote team, so you can work from anywhere.
You’ll work directly with me and receive step-by-step guidance from an experienced YouTuber with over 6+ years of full-time YouTube experience. You’ll be trained on our content style, structure, and expectations until you’re confident producing videos on your own.
All videos you create will be published on the Darrel Wilson YouTube channel.
Compensation
Competitive base salary + Rev Share
Monthly performance bonus based on video results
Yearly Salary Expected: $60,000 - $150,000
