Job Description:

• Assist in projects, reporting, scheduling, and executing engagement campaigns through digital channels to increase event attendance and BAU retention campaign.
• Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channels (email, push notification, WhatsApp, etc).
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver good engagement campaigns for all existing clients.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate/final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university, preferably majoring in Marketing, Communication, PR, or literature
• Experienced in Creative Content Writing and Visual Development
• Familiar with email marketing/CRM
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and strategy
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
• Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
