About This Role
The Director, Digital Learning drives the strategic vision and operational execution of Delinea University, our enterprise learning platform that enables product adoption, revenue acceleration, and customer success. This role owns the end-to-end digital learning ecosystem including content strategy, credentialing programs, and learning operations that support major product releases and go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital learning, content development, and content operations within enterprise B2B technology environments
- 5+ years of people leadership including managing managers or senior individual contributors
- Expertise with Docebo LMS, Credly credentialing platform, and Adobe Creative Cloud or Articulate 360 for content creation
- Proven track record driving cross-functional influence and shaping priorities across Product, GTM, and Enablement functions
- Success building and scaling certification programs with measurable business impact
