Director of Property Management

TPC Homes is the housing development and property management affiliate of The People Concern, one of LA's most respected homeless services organizations. We're seeking a Director of Property Management to lead and build our property management function from the ground up, creating policies, procedures, systems, and team capabilities needed to operate a rapidly growing portfolio at the highest standards of quality, compliance, and resident experience.

Requirements

• Design and implement property management policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
• Build property management-specific systems for information collection, reporting, and performance tracking
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day property operations
• Ensure portfolio-wide compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Fair Housing, and all regulatory requirements
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop all property management staff
