Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate Attorney: Join a global Am Law firm and work on sophisticated compensation and benefits matters in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in executive compensation and employee benefits law and experience advising clients on complex compensation arrangements and benefit plans.
Requirements
- Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Assist with employee benefits and compensation aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Draft and review equity plans, compensation arrangements, executive agreements, and employee benefit plan documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to ERISA, tax, and securities law issues
- Prepare written materials including memoranda, agreements, and client communications
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on transactional matters
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Participate in client communications and help maintain strong client relationships
