About This Role
Direct Counsel is seeking an Employment Transactions Associate Attorney to join an Am Law firm's Corporate / Private Equity practice in San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, or Palo Alto. This role is ideal for a mid-level associate with strong company-side employment law experience who is interested in focusing on transactional support and counseling within M&A and private equity deals.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of company-side labor & employment experience
- Experience supporting M&A transactions and handling employment diligence
- Background at an Am Law 100 or comparable firm preferred
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California Bar required
