Energy Efficiency Specialist I/II

The Energy Efficiency Specialist I/II will work with Power TakeOff's Virtual Commissioning and Virtual Strategic Energy Management teams to analyze energy usage data, identify energy savings opportunities, and provide technical guidance to customers. The role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and energy efficiency best practices, as well as excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in implementing solutions for energy efficiency, facilities HVAC management, BAS controls programming, HVAC design, energy advising, Utility DSM program delivery, or SEM coaching
• Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (e.g., HVAC, controls, lighting)
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities for presenting technical material to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation
• Exceptional project management skills
• Working proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
