Estimator with Opler Flooring is seeking a fast-paced, highly communicative, and detail-oriented Estimator to be a critical link between clients, in-house estimating team, and remote pricing department. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-pressure, constantly evolving environment and is highly proactive.

Requirements

• Proven background in construction
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Exceptional Communication Skills (English)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize effectively, and coordinate between several internal and external stakeholders
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to understand basic construction documentation (blueprints/takeoffs) and RFIs, even without being a technical estimator
• Ability to learn and master the technical software and Flooring Terminology
