About This Role
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Field Operations this individual coordinates the full lifecycle of field leads—ensuring events are properly set up in CRM, forms and tracking tools are created, leads are captured and validated, and data is accurately mapped into CRM systems. The position actively monitors field lead status and call quality, supports event execution (both in-person and virtual), and provides operational and logistical backup to ensure field teams can focus on partner relationships and on-the-ground engagement.

Compensation
ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines associated with event timelines, partner requests, and field deliverables.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with marketing, compliance, field teams, and partners.
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and understand various aspects of field operations, partner engagement, and the higher education landscape.
- Exhibits exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills to support lead coordination, event execution, and partner needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful in identifying solutions to complex, time sensitive field and operational challenges.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment while supporting shared goals across field operations, marketing, and partner relations.
- Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail when managing lead data, CRM accuracy, and reporting.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal teams, field representatives, partners, and external stakeholders.
