Freelance Guest Service Agent (all genders) - Remote only worldwide

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing their digital experience and ensuring a successful holiday. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing advice and support, and updating yourself on our apartments to provide optimal information.

Requirements

• Strong service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work at different times of the day and regular intervals, including weekends
• Experience in hotel industry, such as call center agent or receptionist
• Vocational training in tourism or hotel industry
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate well
• Solution-oriented approach
• Communicative strength and ease of getting along with different personalities
• Familiarity with software and digital solutions
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1) in speech and writing
• Solid knowledge of MS Office package and ideally experience with booking platforms and Property Management System Guesty
