Requirements

• German on native speaker level
• Minimum 5 years of Drupal experience in the chosen track (Back-End, Front-End, or Full-Stack) in a digital agency or comparable environment
• Active core competence in Drupal 10/11 - not just legacy experience
• Verifiable qualification through at least one of the following: Acquia certification matching the track (Back End Specialist, Front End Specialist, or Certified Developer), OR active Drupal Org profile with verifiable contributions to Drupal-10/11-modules or core, OR public code portfolio (GitHub/GitLab) with Drupal examples from the last 2 years
• Project experience in the public sector or at Swiss institutions
• PHP 8.3+, object-oriented development, dependency injection, Drupal Services-Layer
• Search API / Solr, REST APIs, third-party system integrations
• Webform with complex calculations, custom module development
• Twig, Drupal theme architecture, component-based development
• JavaScript, CSS/SASS, performance and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Understanding of the Drupal render system and theme hook system
• Solid knowledge in both above-mentioned areas
• Ability to switch between Front-End and Back-End depending on the project phase
• Reliability as an un-negotiable property - appointments are kept, problems are proactively communicated
• Clean, documented code quality - you write code that others can wait for
• Self-responsible work in the remote context
• Interest in long-term partnership, not in one-time orders
