About the Role

We are seeking for a hands on AI Video Creator who will spend the majority of their time developing, generating, and refining AI driven video content. This role is centered on generative video production. The ideal candidate is deeply fluent in AI video tools and capable of transforming raw AI outputs into polished, brand ready, performance driven content through strong editing and post production skills.

What You'll Do

Daily generate high fidelity AI video assets primarily focused on “human realistic” using leading generative platforms
Design visual concepts, scenes, and sequences using text to video and image to video tools
Iterate rapidly through prompts and workflows to refine outputs
Edit and refine AI generated footage into polished deliverables
Own post production for smaller projects including editing, color, and sound (not incl. final sweetening/mixing)
Integrate AI generated content with live action footage when needed
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure outputs align with brand and performance goals
Build repeatable AI production workflows
Stay ahead of emerging AI video and generative media advancements

OpenAI Sora
Google Veo/Nana Banana
Kaiber

Supporting AI & Post Production Tools ideally include:

Adobe Firefly
Midjourney
ElevenLabs
Topaz Video AI
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
DaVinci Resolve

What You Bring

5 years of video production experience, with demonstrated hands-on use of AI video tools in a corporate, agency or educational environment
Passion and commitment to winning through hard work while having some fun along the way (in creative, in business, in life)
Ability to be both entrepreneurially minded and collaborative as part of dynamic team
Strong editing and post production skills
Ability to turn rough generative outputs into polished brand ready assets
Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
Comfort working in a fast paced, high iteration environment
Strong eye for brand appropriateness and performance marketing objectives
Curiosity and deep interest in generative media
