We’re building a Talent Pool to accelerate our hiring processes for our most critical opportunities. By joining early, you’re at the front of the queue, meaning you can be considered quickly as soon as the right role goes live, often before external advertising even begins.

What we’re looking for

  • Market Development Directors and Managers: Strategic thinkers who scan market signals, shape demand, influence stakeholders and build medium‑ and long‑range opportunity pipelines across key sectors.
  • Business Development Directors and Managers:  Confident and proven originators who build senior relationships, shape early demand, qualify effectively, and convert pipeline into long‑term value.
  • Solution Directors, Consultants and Analysts: Business-minded problem‑solvers who design scalable, innovative and cost‑effective solutions aligned to customer needs and CPS strategy.
  • Bid Directors: A senior bid leader, experienced in setting win strategy, driving PWIN, guiding multidisciplinary teams and overseeing large, complex bids end‑to‑end. You bring clarity, pace, persuasive storytelling and strong commercial judgement.
  • Bid Managers: Expert planners and coordinators who bring governance, pace and structure to bids. You ensure contributors are aligned, reviews are high‑quality, and every submission is compliant, compelling and customer‑focused.
  • Proposal Managers: Skilled writers and story‑builders who turn strategy into clear, differentiated content. You craft persuasive narratives that highlight customer impact, value for money, and our unique strengths.

Public Sector experience: While not essential, experience selling into or bidding within the Public Sector is highly advantageous and will help you add value quickly. But what matters most is your passion for winning, ability to collaborate effectively and bring a growth mindset to everything you do.
