About This Role
Deepgram is looking for a Head of Decision Intelligence to build the Intelligence Layer - a system of autonomous agents that monitor, reason, and act on data to drive NRR and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years in data/analytics roles, with 2+ years leading teams at high-growth technology companies
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience building agentic systems that can navigate a data warehouse autonomously
- A founder's mindset: comfortable with "work-in-progress" infrastructure
- Deep experience with usage-based SaaS metrics
- A track record of leading teams where data infrastructure was evolving alongside the business
