HR Manager

Rozmova/Clearly is a mental health platform that makes therapy more accessible, affordable, and effective. We are looking for an experienced, open-minded HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in product companies
• Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and the ability to implement best practices at each stage
• Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across all levels
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving employee-related challenges
• Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback
