Human Resources Coordinator

At ResProp Management, we're a fast-growing property management company that believes in empowering our teams to make a meaningful difference while having fun along the way. We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

Requirements

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel data management in Rippling and other HR systems.
• Manage background screenings, employment verifications, and I-9/E-Verify compliance.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments and changes while maintaining data accuracy across systems.
• Manage employee scheduling and attendance
• Maintain HRIS integrity by auditing and updating teammate records.
• Support leave management (FMLA, ADA, disability, and workers' comp).
• Conduct and track onboarding, stay, and exit interviews to enhance engagement insights.
• Help coordinate HR trainings, employee communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for audits, compliance reporting, and special projects.
