About This Role
Manage a distributed team of multicultural Project Managers, driving exceptional project execution for AI and Cloud solutions. Lead the team through escalations, process development and adherence, and professional development – fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience with at least 2 years of lead, supervisory, or senior project management experience
- 3+ years experience in a Professional Services environment
- Extensive experience leading a technical project team delivering technology consulting services as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager within the AWS ecosystem
- Proven experience practicing multiple project management methodologies and tools – JIRA, Kantata, Gainsight, ClickUp, Confluence, Asana
- Experience coaching and practicing Agile and leading Scrum and Kanban ceremonies to foster continuous improvement and ensure a on time sprint completion
- Strong track record of successful project execution and executive level communication, including managing project portfolio health metrics and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Proven experience proactively managing expectations, negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts
- Certifications such as PMI, SCRUM Master (CSM), SAFe, ITIL
- AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS AI Practitioner certification (required within 1 year of employment)
