Marketing Communication Manager

Fellers is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Communication Manager to lead content, digital engagement, and event marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of Social Media content curation and strategy
• Working knowledge of social media tools like Hootsuite, Loomly, etc.
• Experience working with graphic design tools for social media content creation including Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Proven experience managing and creating email calendars and strategies including A/B testing
• Working knowledge of automated email marketing software
• Ability to manage marketing campaigns and projects with little oversight from start to finish
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experienced with launching new products or platforms to customers and internally
• Experience managing digital marketing programs and platforms
• Experience managing tradeshows and customer events including both planning and execution
• Proficient in using Microsoft Suite including, PPT, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience working with a Project Management Software such as Monday.com, Asana, etc.
• Proven record of giving creative direction or web, digital and print assets
• Experience working with E-Commerce CMS. Ie. Shopify, Big Commerce, Salesforce, etc.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM a plus but not required
