We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team at Caspar Health, a digital rehabilitation follow-up platform. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for designing the visual therapy of tomorrow, creating comprehensive video productions, and integrating animations and illustrations into interview videos with our experts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to combine real image and graphics
• Experience with motion tracking and compositing
• Illustrative strength and ability to develop illustrations independently
• Genuine interest in health topics and ability to reduce complex matters didactically
• Fluent communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
• Curiosity about AI tools and ability to optimize workflow
