Job Description Summary

The USCAN Operational Excellence Leader is responsible for leading and driving process improvements across a $4B+ P&L. This role will drive process improvements and simplification with the goal of better and more efficient order execution from order entry through install complete. This role will leverage experience in the order to remittance cycle and Healthcare Project Management while leveraging Lean and change acceleration to influence and drive continuous improvement. The Operational Excellence Leader will also ensure seamless tool enhancements. This role will be responsible for supporting the USCAN Order Operations team through problem solving, standard work implementation/improvements and clear communication of progress to executive stakeholders.

Job Description

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Lead process improvement and tool functionality in support of the order management and region fulfillment teams

  • Use lean to reduce lead times, reduce defects, create user centered process, daily management and drive problem solving

  • Leverage change acceleration process across team, region, and function to drive changes

  • Communicate changes and progress against plans to multiple levels of the organization

  • Collaborative approach to working with and managing to stakeholder and cross functional input

  • Manage multiple projects and project funnel

  • Mentor and coach project leaders

  • Support testing and align USCAN requirements for OTR tool enhancements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of operations or project management experience or a combination of both or HS diploma and 9 years operations experience.

  • Capability to understand and analyze complex situations utilizing data analysis and systems thinking.

  • Skilled collaborator with ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrix environment.

  • Experienced leader skilled in motivating cross functional teams to implement and drive process change supporting simplification and performance excellence.

  • Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches, as well as, manage a project funnel across a large team to meet objectives.

  • Willing to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Fulfillment, HPM and/or OTR

  • GE Leadership Program Graduate

  • MBA or Master’s degree

  • Lean Manufacturing Expertise

  • APICS Certification

  • PMP Certification

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
