About This Role
We're looking for an Organic Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale our non-paid growth engine across search, content, AI-driven discovery (AEO), product-led acquisition, and lifecycle touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years in organic growth, SEO, content marketing, or inbound growth roles
- Proven hands-on experience with AEO and modern search behavior (AI Overviews, SGE, conversational search)
- Strong B2B SaaS or regulated-market experience (enterprise, government, healthcare, legal, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to connect search demand → content → pipeline → revenue
- Proficiency with AI writing tools and a clear, principled approach to reviewing and owning AI-assisted output
- Analytical mindset — able to build dashboards, forecast organic performance, and report to leadership
