About This Role
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join an advertising agency in the midst of international expansion. The person will work directly with the Digital Department, managing active client accounts B2B and financial institutions, focusing on performance, optimization, and strategic reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Paid Media
- Proven experience managing B2B and/or financial institution accounts
- Advanced management of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with variable budgets (from small to large)
- Ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and explain results
- Experience with reporting tools (ideally Reporte or similar)
- Experience with TikTok Ads or Spotify Ads (Desirable)
