The Role

You’ll establish our entire design ecosystem from the ground up, owning the visual language across mobile and web. We’re looking for an aesthetic-obsessed, self-taught visual thinker who treats design systems as craft.

What You’ll Do

Architect and maintain our Figma environment as the single source of truth
Develop brand identities and create comprehensive Figma templates for shadCN and HeroUI native configurations
Design motion-rich interfaces and micro-interactions for React Native screens and marketing pages
Produce graphic assets including logos, icons, and marketing collateral
Take a leading design role, setting quality standards for all visual output

What You Bring

Deep expertise in Figma with a strong portfolio of digital product design
Strong visual identity skills: typography, color theory, and brand systems
Autodidactic mindset: you learn tools and techniques out of curiosity, not obligation
Keen aesthetic sense with obsession for visual detail
Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar vector tool proficiency

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of Motion Design (After Effects, Rive, or Lottie) – capable of creating animations and interactions without needing to be a deep specialist
Experience with React Native styling constraints or design tokens
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) in motion and color
