Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Affiliate CRM system, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define project goals and plans, allocate tasks clearly, and adjust plans based on business changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure effective collaboration and optimal use of resources.
- Oversee system implementation and improvements to enhance affiliate partner management and operational efficiency.
- Identify and control project risks, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish and maintain standardized project processes to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least years of experience in Internet product or project management.
- Experience in CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or affiliate-related projects is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Self-driven, responsible, and capable of handling multiple projects efficiently.
