• In this role, you will serve as the Product Owner for a defined module within the Consumer Activation platform. You will be accountable for translating client and strategic needs into clear requirements, partnering directly with our India-based engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable capabilities.
• You will balance close collaboration with key enterprise clients while ensuring enhancements strengthen the broader platform rather than creating one-off solutions. You will help elevate how our product team operates, driving continuous improvement in discovery, backlog hygiene, release communication, and cross-functional execution.
• This role is ideal for a product professional who enjoys owning outcomes, leading structured discovery, and shaping how a modern product organization operates in a healthcare SaaS environment.

What you will own in this role:

Product Ownership & Roadmap Accountability

• Own a defined product module end-to-end, including roadmap commitments and delivery outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize a refined backlog in Azure DevOps.
• Translate strategic goals and client needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Balance client-specific commitments with platform scalability and long-term maintainability.
• Drive quarterly planning inputs and manage tradeoffs across multiple priorities.

Product Owner Leadership with Engineering

• Serve as the primary Product Owner for your module, partnering directly with our India-based engineering team.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature clarification sessions.
• Provide clear, structured requirements and rapid decision-making to enable efficient development.
• Triage defects and production issues with thoughtful prioritization based on impact and risk.
• Ensure engineering teams have context, clarity, and measurable acceptance criteria before development begins.

Client Discovery & External Engagement

• Lead structured discovery sessions with enterprise healthcare clients to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics.
• Support sales cycles in a secondary role by providing product expertise and feasibility input.
• Partner closely during implementation transitions to ensure delivery aligns with original intent.
• Represent roadmap direction and gather structured feedback to inform prioritization.

Workflow & Orchestration Excellence

• Define requirements for workflow-heavy, orchestration-based capabilities across multi-channel engagement journeys.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise-grade RBAC models, security expectations, and integration patterns.
• Maintain practical awareness of EHR data flows, SaaS architectures, and Azure-based cloud environments sufficient to make informed product decisions.

Product Operations & Process Modernization

• Help drive continuous improvement in how the product team operates, including discovery rigor, backlog structure, documentation standards, and release readiness.
• Evangelize and support modern, AI-augmented workflows to improve requirement quality, research efficiency, and internal documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline product processes through automation, intelligent tooling, and better operating discipline.
• Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable product development model as the team evolves.
