Project Estimator - Looking for Energetic & Self-Motivated Individuals

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Project Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining opportunities for work, providing estimates for ACM's services, maintaining client relationships, and performing data entry amongst other related tasks.

Requirements

• Utilize the ACM Bid Templates (Excel) to create estimates for ACM's services
• Send estimates to customers directly via email
• Maintain complete and accurate information in the CRM for each of your assigned projects
• Attend weekly Estimating & Admin meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing clients assigned to you via phone call & email
• Solicit work from existing clients assigned to you
• Answer customer questions regarding your estimates or ACM's services
• Search for potential project leads
• Participate in 'Pre-Con' meetings as a consultant to other admin personnel as needed
• Schedule site walks between customers & project/account supervisors as needed
• Request quotes from subcontractors as needed
• Schedule services between customers & subcontractors as needed
• Remain aware of current State, Federal, & Union prevailing wage rates
• Maintain an organized personal folder in the company Dropbox
