We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Analyst to join our fast-moving, collaborative engineering organization. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful impact on product quality. You’ll contribute to regression testing, work closely with developers and product managers, and help ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to our users.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to regression testing for releases and high-impact feature changes.
- Collaborate early with developers and product managers to shape testing strategy throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Triage bugs from internal and external sources and ensure issues are clearly documented and
- Monitor and investigate production issues to support product stability and performance.
- Analyze QA workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Communicate progress, risks, and findings clearly across the development lifecycle.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related technical fields.
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, networking basics, and REST APIs.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Application Window: 2/19-2/23
Pay Range: $65K-72K Annually
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
