Reimbursement Analyst

OSU Physicians is seeking a detail-oriented Reimbursement Analyst to support our Revenue Cycle teams through high-quality analytical and financial insights. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and translate complex reimbursement and billing data into clear, actionable information that helps leaders manage operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Statistics, or related field
• Prior health care billing, professional coding, patient accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with EPIC professional billing
• Proficient in data analytic software, including but not limited to Microsoft products and QLIK Sense
• Understanding of managed care policies and procedures, contracts, and payment Methodologies
• Experience and understanding of professional coding; CPC beneficial
