Remote Litigation Attorney (Products Liability) with dual bar requirement in California and one of the following states: IL, IN, KS, MO. Defend companies and policyholders in complex disputes, work on warranty cases, and have experience in case management, drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, participating in court proceedings, and trial and appellate experience.

Requirements

• Recent toxic torts or products liability experience
• Must be licensed in California and one of these: IL, IN, KS, MO
• Ability to work remote
