The Role at High Level:
We’re looking for a talented Revenue Operations Lead (HubSpot & Lifecycle Automation) who doesn’t shy away from tackling hard problems and interesting (well, most times) subjects like payroll and HR technology. In this role, you’ll own HubSpot operations, lifecycle automation, and funnel visibility across our go-to-market teams, ensuring our systems, data, and reporting are accurate, scalable, and easy to use. You will report directly to our Director, Revenue Operations.
The salary range for this role is $72,000 to $92,000 CAD (+ 8% incentive compensation).
What You'll Be Expected To Own:
Own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of HubSpot (properties, workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages).
Maintain strong standards for CRM data structure, lifecycle tracking, and attribution.
Audit automation and data quality regularly, simplifying and scaling systems as the business evolves.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations to design routing, lifecycle, and automation processes that support business goals.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into funnel performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign impact.
Own recurring operational reporting and deliver actionable insights for go-to-market teams and leadership.
Support Gong alignment with HubSpot and develop activity insights that improve sales execution.
Lead documentation and process mapping for key RevOps workflows, helping reduce manual work and increase reliability.
What You Bring To The Table:
3–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM Administration.
Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflow automation, lifecycle management, reporting, and dashboarding.
Experience working with funnel metrics, lifecycle tracking, and/or attribution.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to think in systems and processes, not just tasks.
Comfort partnering cross-functionally and translating business needs into scalable operational solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus points if:
Experience with Gong or other conversation intelligence tools.
Experience working with lifecycle or product data integrations.
Familiarity with automation or integration platforms.
Experience in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
Strong spreadsheet and/or analytics skills.
