About This Role
As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be part of a well-oiled HCM team and work on the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will accompany departments and technical teams, take on project responsibility, and follow new developments in the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
Requirements
- Fundamental practical experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Knowledge of HR processes and how to transfer them to SuccessFactors
- Technical know-how around data models and workflows (plus)
- Fluent German and good English communication skills
