Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required
• 3–5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Ability to deconstruct complex legal 'unwritten rules' into structured logic and data-driven guidelines that AI can interpret
• Experience facilitating workshops or high-stakes consultations
• Interest in AI technology and a desire to define the future of the AI CLM landscape
• Ability to manage sensitive legal-stakeholder conversations and translate 'legal-speak' into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams
• Ability to provide industry benchmarks and 'legal information' with high integrity
