Not RequiredCollins Aerospace is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Ariba Administration to lead one of the most critical digital transformations within our Supply Chain organization. In this high-impact individually contributing role, you will drive the end-to-end transition from our existing SAP Ariba commercial platform to the future-state SAP Ariba CRE environment—modernizing procurement, supplier collaboration, and contract management processes across a highly regulated aerospace and defense enterprise. This is more than a system upgrade; it’s a transformation of how Collins Aerospace operates, collaborates, and delivers value across its global supply chain.
As the enterprise lead for Ariba business process management, you will partner closely with Digital Technology, cross-functional stakeholders, and business units to define new standard processes, enable seamless system integration, and ensure successful deployment across multiple sites. You’ll serve as the primary liaison to heritage Rockwell Collins stakeholder groups while guiding best practices, driving adoption, and championing continuous improvement. What You Will Do:
- Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Supply Chain workstream moving away from the existing SAP Ariba commercial system to the future state SAP Ariba CRE
- Lead the effort to drive to new standard process and system usage across Collins Aerospace
- Work closely with technical teams, partners and business units
- Support testing, data migration, and deployment activities across multiple business units
- Guide team to define best practices for eProcurement, supplier collaboration, and contract management within a highly regulated defense environment
- Serve as the primary liaison to heritage Collins Ariba stakeholder groups
- Develop process for continuous improvement projects to increase system efficiency
- Promote and drive adoption of Ariba tools with subject matter expertise for new site onboarding and ongoing user training. Maintain training documentation
- Lead root cause/corrective action efforts for break-fix issues and advanced training needs, while maintaining effective communication with impacted stakeholders
- Manage effective system changes/enhancements with the Digital Technology team, SAP Ariba, and impacted stakeholders
- Travel 10% - 15%
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering or supporting SAP Ariba
- Professional experience supporting contract management and sourcing processes within a procurement or supply chain environment
- Professional experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Ariba CRE and Business Network integration to SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC) or similar
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes.
- Background in large-scale digital transformation or ERP modernization projects
