Paradigm is an accountable specialty care management organization that aims to improve the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses. The company is looking for a Senior Manager Strategy and Execution to oversee and manage business unit's strategic programs and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
• At least 3-5 years of program/portfolio planning and management experience
• 10 years of direct work experience in business and/or IT project management capacity managing multiple projects
• PMP/PMP-ACP Certified Project Manager
• Proven experience of project management techniques and tools
• Proven experience in people management
• Proven experience in risk management
• Proven experience in change management
• Proven experience in project governance
• Excellent business/client engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
• High level of competence with MS Project, Planview or equivalent project management tool, MS Office and MS Visio
