(Senior) Product Designer (all genders)

Wemolo is a pioneering force revolutionizing conservative parking management. We're looking for a (Senior) Product Designer to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. The role involves leading design projects, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional in-house experience as a Product Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design skills in a software development environment
• Proficient in working with and contributing to design systems, particularly in Figma
• Demonstrated experience in leading user research initiatives and integrating research findings into the design process
• Experience using data and research to identify problems, develop solutions, and inform design decisions
• Familiarity with business process management, process excellence, or related technologies
• Proven ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
• Strong written and spoken German and English (level C1 on the CEFR scale)
