DESCRIPTION

Sinch is looking for a highly capable, action-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product storytelling, go-to-market execution, and product content for Mailgun. You'll drive adoption in our product-led growth (PLG) environment by sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and our customer base, turning features into clear customer value, building content that helps developers and technical teams succeed, and ensuring launches, pricing, and messaging land with clarity and impact.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced product marketer who excels at creating high-quality product content such as messaging briefs, technical demos and walkthroughs, product pages, and enablement assets—with a strong understanding of how to communicate with developer audiences. You'll be comfortable owning both strategy and execution, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced PLG team environment where data-driven decisions and customer insights drive growth.

What You'll Own And Do:

  • Own positioning & go-to-market
  • Define ICPs, value propositions, and differentiation
  • Plan and execute GTM strategies for features and launches
  • Turn insights into impact
  • Gather customer and competitive insights
  • Translate learnings into positioning, messaging, and roadmap input
  • Be the source of truth
  • Maintain product messaging, positioning, and competitive intel
  • Align Product, Marketing, and Sales around one clear product story
  • Enable sales to win
  • Build battlecards, competitive comparisons, and sales assets
  • Ensure assets are practical, clear, and used in real sales cycles
  • Ship high-impact product content
  • Create demos, feature summaries, release notes, and one-pagers
  • Partner on conversion-focused landing pages and web content

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a SaaS or PLG environment.
  • Background in email is preferred.
  • Strong writing and content-creation skills—you enjoy building how-tos, demos, videos, and product explainers.
  • Highly hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
  • Experience with GTM planning, messaging frameworks, ICP definition, and positioning.
  • Ability to distill complex product capabilities into simple, compelling customer value.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and bring clarity in ambiguous environments.

Success Looks Like

  • Clear, compelling product messaging across the website, launches, and campaigns.
  • Product launches that drive measurable activation, engagement, and adoption.
  • A steady stream of high-value product content that improves PLG conversion.
  • A trusted “truth layer” that keeps Marketing, Sales, and Product aligned.
  • Strong differentiation in competitive email and communications markets.
