Job Description Summary
This role supports the Shared Hardware Solutions (SHS) commodity. The Strategy Project Manager position requires a broad understanding of the commodity strategy and strong data management skills. A strong organizational and project management aptitude will drive the actions that execute the strategy. Effective communication skills are required to inform the wider commodity and influence future strategic direction. Knowledge of procurement and supplier management best practices will facilitate project integration within the supplier teams and advise the outcomes for others within our cross-functional supply chain. Strong relationship management and influential skills are imperative to this role. This can be a remote position within a commutable distance to the Evendale, OH campus.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead SHS strategy projects and drive action plans across the commodity to deliver results.
- Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives.
- Utilize in-depth sourcing expertise and analytical thinking to execute the commodity strategy.
- Lead operating rhythms and track progress from execution plans. Synthesize results and provide decision-ready materials to leaders.
- Aggregate significant volumes of data and create data visualizations for multi-year sourcing strategies across all SHS sub-commodities.
- Build a SHS part family database.
- Facilitate large scale data transformation projects for the commodity and coordinate between engineering, digital services, etc.
- Create project charters, timelines, and governance; drive actions and remove roadblocks to hit milestones.
- Leverage data initiatives to assist sub-commodity teams with supplier selection, consolidation, or localization activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing and/or supply chain management

The base pay range for this position is 116,000.00 - 154,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 20, 2026
