About This Role
Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join the Finance Group’s Structured Finance Subgroup at a highly regarded national law firm.
Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience.
- Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm is strongly preferred.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.
