Reporting to the Director, Global Physical Security Programs, you will partner with security operations, engineering, integration partners, and business stakeholders to ensure security solutions are robust, scalable, cost-effective, and fully compliant. This position is key for driving application security innovation, reducing downtime, and ensuring system auditability and resilience.

  • Evaluate and recommend solutions, balancing cost, return on investment, scalability, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and technical standards required for system audits and ongoing regulatory/compliance processes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI).
  • Drive continual improvement and future roadmap planning for application security in partnership with key stakeholders and system end-users.
  • Develop and maintain access control and identity management systems, product roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements that improve scalability, end user requirements, security, investigative capabilities, and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver operational training and best-practice documentation for internal administrative teams, runbook management teams, internal customers, and external integrators.
  • Ensure operational teams have the tools and knowledge necessary for timely support response, system troubleshooting, and escalation.

Governance & Compliance

  • Lead the generation, review, and publication of system documentation to support internal and external audits of physical access and PIAM applications.
  • Ensure all application design and implementation complies with corporate security, privacy, IT, and legal requirements.

Program & Project Management

  • Manage the delivery of enterprise security application projects and upgrades, coordinating cross-team execution across global sites.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical incidents and post-incident reviews; provide technical and operational direction to mitigate recurrences.
  • Coordinate vendor interactions, pilot new solutions, and validate fit-for-purpose in Oracle’s environment through proofs of concept and technical due diligence.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Security, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of technical project or program management experience in physical security, security applications, or IT infrastructure, with direct experience managing physical access control or PIAM solutions at scale.
  • Expert knowledge of physical access control and PIAM industry standards, application deployment, integration, and audit requirements.
  • Experience with high-availability infrastructure and security system design.
  • Strong documentation, technical writing, and process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrated success in cost evaluation and ROI analysis for technology investments.
  • Advanced understanding of privacy regulations, audit, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001/NIST, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present to and influence technical and non-technical audiences.
