Qualifications:

• Must have solid QuickBooks Desktop experience
• Proven experience working as a US bookkeeper
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, able to work independently, proven track record of prioritization, positive attitude, trustworthy

Job Summary / Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a bookkeeper with 2+ years of bookkeeping experience and exposure to QuickBooks Desktop. You will need to have excellent verbal / written communication skills and love working as part of a team. You will be responsible for undertaking all bookkeeping activities for multiple clients, but not limited to:

• Transactions entry and categorization
• Bank and credit card Reconciliation
• Producing monthly financials including profit and loss statement and balance sheet
• Payroll entry and processing of quarterly payroll reports and year end reports
• Preparing and reporting monthly
• Tax filing
• Drafting emails requesting information
• Keep up-to-date client checklists and informational sheets
• Any additional ad hoc work that deemed appropriate
